Return Policy
At Magnetic Moments NZ, all of our products are custom-made to order. Because of the personalised nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges simply due to a change of mind.
When We Will Accept a Return or Exchange
We will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund in the following circumstances:
- Your item arrives damaged or faulty
- The item you received is not what you ordered (e.g. incorrect design)
How to Make a Claim
If your order falls into one of the above categories, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at magn.moments@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging
We'll review your claim and get back to you as soon as possible with a resolution.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
